Residential Endorsement #: 128648
Rebecca Gamble carries forward a proud family legacy of Alaskan homebuilding that spans three generations. Raised among the day-to-day realities of her father Jess Hall’s business, Hall Quality Homes, she learned early on about the power of hard work, the importance of strong character, and the responsibility of lifting others up. Eager to forge her own path, Rebecca earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Eastern Washington University and a master’s degree in finance from Gonzaga University. After graduation, she launched her career in the banking industry, ultimately serving as a corporate underwriter. This role gave her valuable insight into real estate and construction lending, which laid the groundwork for her eventual return to Alaska.
In 2014, when Jess approached her about joining Hall Quality Homes, Rebecca recognized that her banking experience could contribute significantly to the family business. She and her husband made the move, and over six years, she immersed herself in every facet of the company, preparing to take ownership in 2020. Today, as the leader of Hall Quality Homes, Rebecca is proud to continue its reputation for integrity and craftsmanship while also shaping the Matanuska Susitna Valley’s growth “in the right way.”
Beyond her leadership at Hall Quality Homes, Rebecca is deeply involved in the broader homebuilding industry. She serves on multiple committees within the National Association of Home Builders and is the current President of the Matanuska Susitna Home Builders Association. A dedicated advocate for affordable housing, she works to ensure that families can pursue homeownership with confidence and care, believing that building a home is one of life’s most significant and rewarding investments.
