Scheduled Warranty Visits

As part of our commitment to service your home throughout the year warranty period, we have prescheduled two warranty visits (30 day and 11 month visits). The goal of these visits is to ensure all of your warranty needs are appropriately addressed while at the same time providing you with the comfort of knowing that Hall Quality Homes will be there for you both before and after closing. You will receive the 30 day and 11 month blank forms at your Customer Orientation. Simply fill them out and return them to Hall Quality Homes via fax, mail, or internet.
